Experience of pancreaticodigestive anastomosis performing in pancreaticoduodenectomy

The aim of the study was to analyze short-term and long-term results pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) on condition performing different types pancreaticodigestive anastomoses. 108 PD period from 2008 2021 performed in Department Surgery N 2 basis Dnipro Regional Hospital named after І. Mechnikov were analyzed. Pancreatojejunostomy (PJ) formed 88 (81.5%) cases, pancreaticogastrostomy (PG) ‒ 20 (18.5%). Depending transverse size pancreatic isthmus body, diameter duct method PJ chosen: telescope-type «end-to-end» (n=26), Wirsung-jejunostomy (n=28), original (n=34). In group dense parenchyma pancreas 51 (58.0%) soft 37 (42.0%), PG gland observed 12 (60%) 8 (40%) patients (p>0,05). number early postoperative complications 43 (39,8±4,7%), among them there (15,7±3,5%) with severe who required additional interventions. Mortality 6.5±2.4%. best for obtained groups PJ. There statistically significant differences total cases between (20.0±8.9%) (50.0±9.8%, p=0.037) (50.0±9.4%, p=0.034), as well while comparing (44.3±5.3%, p=0.045). not any late (p>0.05).
